Amazon Fit believes in making fitness affordable to everyone. You can just sign up for the basic membership and add on whatever you like. If you cannot make a 3 month commitment you can do a drop in class.

Since this is Amazon Fit 's first session we're offering a very affordable price!  A 3 month membership includes 1 class a week plus three coaching sessions. The session runs from Oct 1 to Dec 14th.

 

Location: 1000 Island Martial Arts

Dates: Every Wed Jan 4th to March 14th

Time: 5pm to 6pm

Membership Fee: $179

Drop in Class: $15

 

Empowerment Coaching: Coaching is helping you set goals and empowering you to reach those goals. It can be weight loss goals, career goals or personal goals.

Quotes can be done for a one time session or on a continuous basis.

One outing a month will be planned. Depending on the activity it will determine the day of the week, and the price involved in order to cover equipment expenses, guide etc. Some outings will have a participant limit.

 

 

For members a once a month a "support' group session will take place. It does not involve a workout. It will give you an opportunity to interact with other members to talk about where you need help, obstacles you're facing, really anything you like. We may have inspirational guests!!!! Locations will vary, time TBA.
